ANDREA BACCI
Andrea Bacci took a Master Degree with Honors in Film History
at the University of Bologna.
He continued his education
in the USA, where he graduated with Honors
at The Los Angeles Film School
with a major in directing and editing.
In Los Angeles he wrote and directed his thesis film The Sound of Silence.
In Italy, he won the Premio Solinas “Short Talents”,
the most important
Italian screenwriting competition.
He directed the short film Halloween Party based on his script,
which was distributed
in 60 Italian screens before Toy Story 3.
The same year his script “Ricomincio da capo” reached the
top 6
finals at the
prestigious Premio Solinas “Pilot for TV Series”.
The year after, he wrote and directed the short film “What Remains”,
based on his feature film script.
